Functional room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Attentive service. Best private bathroom. Favourable location. Close to the ferry to Victoria. Convenient parking. Nearby Tsuki Sushi Bar is a great place to chill out

Everything was nice, but a few employees were very busy.

The staff at this hotel is amazingly efficient and provides great service. The location, only 1 mile from Totem Pole, is favorable. There is a nice family restaurant at the property.

Everything was good, even so a few employees were not particularly friendly. I got newly remodelled and well stocked room with King beds left, hard wooden chairs plus large windows as advertised...

I recently had a fantastic experience at a hotel in downtown Vancouver. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and close to concert venues. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were upgraded to a spacious king suite, which made our anniversary celebration even more special. The room itself was well appointed and the king bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel also offered free parking, which was a nice touch. the attention to detail and value for money at this hotel were impressive.

I felt at home in this absolutely gorgeous hotel. The room was top-class and beautifully maintained. The venue was placed in a central location on colored buses.

The hotel is modern with reliable internet. the room was newly decorated and just what we needed. the staff was highly efficient and active. the bed was comfy and the balcony had wonderful views of the mountains. Our stay was really nice. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Great beds that make you feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud 😴. The rooms here were recently redone and are top-notch. The location is perfect if you’re heading to a cool skyscraper nearby.

The staff at Sandman was incredible, always going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was pleasant. They were helpful, friendly, and had a great attitude. The hotel room we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Despite some minor drawbacks, the location of the hotel was convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions and dining options.

Although there were some minor inconveniences, such as the limited TV channels and the absence of a microwave in the room, the overall experience at Sandman Hotel Vancouver Downtown was positive. The attentive staff, beautiful room, and convenient location made up for these small drawbacks.

Great customer service, covered parking available, a fun sports bar, and a heated pool for relaxing. Plus, they serve up tasty food in the family restaurant 🍔.

Great location and convenient amenities! I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's central location, just a short walk from the skytrain stations. Having a Moxies restaurant attached to the hotel made dining so convenient. The beds were comfortable and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Despite some noise from the traffic and hallways, I would definitely consider staying here again.
